Walter Padilla

Walter Padilla is an accomplished professional in the esports and event management industries, currently serving as the Founder of RVRSL, an advertising agency since July 2015. Walter specializes in connecting non-endemic sponsors to grassroots events and enhancing marketing strategies for event organizers. Previously, Walter held the position of Director of Product and Operations at the Evolution Championship Series, as well as Director of Esports at Intersport, where responsibilities included global event coordination and community outreach for the Mortal Kombat Pro Kompetition. Walter's extensive experience also includes roles at Plural Commerce, ESL - Turtle Entertainment, and Clayton Holdings LLC, emphasizing technical support, event administration, and data analysis. Walter earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Southern Connecticut State University.
