Robin Ferrer MBA, MSN, RN currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at RWJBarnabas Health since March 2024. Prior to this role, Robin held the position of System Vice President for Emergency Services at Mount Sinai Health System from February 2021 to March 2024. Robin's extensive experience in nursing leadership includes various roles at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from April 2006 to January 2021, including Director of Operations and Nursing and Patient Care Director, among others. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Staff Nurse at NYU Langone Health from May 2004 to March 2006. Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Currently, Robin is a Doctoral Candidate in Healthcare Leadership, Systems, and Policy at Yale University, expected to graduate in May 2027.
