Ginika Ibeagha

Ginika Ibeagha is a Senior Manager at RWS Group since May 2022, focusing on optimizing content delivery for multi-country and multi-language organizations through innovative tools and processes. With a strong foundation in software infrastructure management, Ginika has previously held various roles at SDL plc from September 2011 to November 2020, including Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Infrastructure Consultant, successfully implementing web content management solutions for top global companies. Earlier experience includes working as an Intern at Philips Healthcare and as an IT Engineer at Reltel, where network management was key for a large subscriber base. Additionally, Ginika served as Project Manager at Kurious Unique Solutions Limited, managing the supply and installation of IT equipment for corporate clients. Ginika holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and further education from Fontys University.
