Ushi Nightingale

Ushi Nightingale is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at RWS Group since November 2020, Ushi supports executives in multiple divisions, including Language Delivery and Corporate Development. Prior to this, Ushi held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at SDL plc for over seven years, where responsibilities included managing global HR functions and leading a team of approximately 25 HR professionals. Ushi's career also features roles such as Divisional HR Consultant at Amdocs and HR Generalist at Progress Software, with significant contributions to HR strategy and employee lifecycle management. Ushi holds a 2.1 Hons degree in English Literature from Durham University and an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of West London.
