Ali Abdi

Ali Abdi currently serves as a PhD Candidate and Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on 6G wireless communication systems under the guidance of Professor Haris Gačanin. Previous experience includes roles at Faraz, where Ali implemented advanced algorithms for HF/V/UHF direction finding applications, and at Sharif University of Technology, where research on MIMO Communication and Sensing Co-Design was conducted. Ali's earlier positions involved designing remote sensing systems and working as a Telecommunications and Automation Engineer at Power Technology Pyramids, where industrial IoT applications were integrated. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering in progress at RWTH Aachen University, a Master’s in Communication Systems Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Communications Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University.
