Felicia started their career at Ericsson as an IP Strategy Analyst, where they conducted competitive analysis of the company's LTE patents. Felicia then moved on to Bain & Company, working as a Management Consultant Business Analyst, focusing on market due diligence for private equity projects and corporate strategy for multinational clients.

Afterward, Felicia joined greenmash Ltd as an Agile Program Manager, overseeing technology implementations in Sub Saharan Africa and collaborating with international donors and local partners. Felicia was responsible for project planning, client requirements, risk management, and reporting.

Felicia also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing their expertise to various organizations for four years. During this period, they held roles such as an Agile Senior Digital Producer at Doghouse, managing multi-disciplinary teams for digital product delivery, and as a Strategy & Organizational Change Management Consultant at Integral Development.

In 2019, Felicia joined IBM as an Organizational Change & Business Transformation Management Consultant, supporting Western Power. Felicia then moved to IBM iX, where they served as a Delivery Excellence Management Consultant within the Woodside Accelerator, establishing the Agile Operating Model and providing advisory services to stakeholders.

Most recently, Felicia became the Head of Agile Capability at Racing & Wagering WA (RWWA), where they leveraged their expertise to drive agile practices within the organization. Additionally, they became a Board Member at Joondalup Family Centre Inc. in 2021.

Felicia V. has a diverse educational background. Felicia started their education journey in 2003 at The Academy of Economic Studies, where they pursued a Bachelor Honours Degree in Cybernetics, Statistics, and Informatics. Felicia completed this degree in 2008.

During their time at The Academy of Economic Studies, Felicia also pursued another Bachelor Honours Degree in International Business, which they completed in 2007.

After completing their bachelor's degrees, Felicia continued their education at Chalmers University of Technology from 2008 to 2010. Here, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Business Design.
