Kim Diederichs

Kim Diederichs has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kim started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Lens Best Corporation in 1994 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as an Outside Sales Account Executive at Hometown Publications. Kim then joined Zeppos & Associates, where they served as an Administrative Assistant from 2001 to 2002 and later as an Account Coordinator from 2002 to 2003.

In 2003, Kim moved to Promotional Services Group and worked as a Customer Service Representative for a brief period from April 2003 to October 2003. Kim was then promoted to the role of Customer Service Manager and held this position from October 2003 to February 2005.

In 2005, Kim joined Express Scripts, initially serving as a Senior Account Specialist from April 2005 to January 2008. Kim managed multiple installations of new client business during this time. From February 2008 to March 2013, Kim worked as an Account Manager, responsible for managing relationships with eight clients and providing consultation regarding plan design changes and drug trend management. Kim then moved on to the role of Senior Account Manager from April 2013 to July 2014, managing relationships with twenty-four clients and leading quarterly and monthly client calls.

After leaving Express Scripts, Kim joined HSA Bank in August 2015 as an Account Manager. Here, they oversaw relationships with clients and consultants, managed implementation for new business sales, and built and renewed client relationships within their assigned book of business.

In 2016, Kim joined RxBenefits, Inc. as a Strategic Account Executive, managing strategic relationships and benefits for an assigned book of business. In May 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director, Account Management, where they were responsible for leading the Strategic Account Executive teams, providing direction and performance management, talent acquisition and training, and overall account management.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and a consultative approach in their interactions with clients and consultants.

Kim Diederichs obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2012. No information is provided regarding their education prior to attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
