Linh Duong has extensive work experience in various roles. They are currently working at RxBenefits, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, leading the Clinical Portfolio, Protect program. Prior to this, Linh was a Product Manager and a Senior Product Analyst at the same company. They have also worked as a Data Analyst at RxBenefits, Inc. Linh has experience in the field of education as a Course/Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. Linh has also worked at LUPR Inc. as a Product Manager and at RxBenefits, Inc. as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Additionally, Linh's previous experience includes working as a Project Manager/ Product Manager at VNP Group, where they led a team of software developers and implemented various strategies and systems to improve products and user experience. Linh has also worked at TalentPool Vietnam as a CEO Assistant, Learning Service Coordinator, and Project Manager, where they provided services to clients, conducted business analysis, facilitated the CEO's schedule, and managed various projects.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University, which was completed between 2014 and 2018.
