Matthew Clark

Matthew Clark has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Matthew is currently working as an Account Manager at RxBenefits, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SS&C Technologies as an Operational Account Manager from October 2017 to October 2022. In this role, they assisted the client services team, handled customer requests, and provided support to customers. Matthew also worked at DST Systems, where they started as a Customer Service Representative from October 2014 to February 2016, and later became a Team Lead from February 2016 to October 2017. At DST Systems, Matthew worked with a team to develop customer service skills and managed customer calls. Before joining DST Systems, Matthew worked at Party City as a Front End Supervisor from August 2009 to October 2014. In this role, they handled customer requests, managed paperwork, trained new hires, and directed team members on daily tasks.

Matthew Clark attended Liberty High School from 2009 to 2011, where they studied General Studies and obtained a high school degree. Following their time at Liberty High School, Matthew enrolled at Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods from 2011 to 2014. Matthew pursued studies in the field of Education at the college, but did not obtain a formal degree.
