Melissa Roth-Giffen

Melissa Roth-Giffen is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in training and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Partner and Learning and Development Specialist at RxBenefits, Inc. since October 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Credit Suite from June 2021 to July 2023, where a comprehensive training strategy was developed for all employees, including executives. As the Director of Visitor Services at Bok Tower Gardens from December 2016 to July 2020, leadership and mentorship were provided to a team of 20 staff members, and Melissa served as the Learning and Development contact. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Walt Disney World as Guest Service Manager, overseeing 250 Cast Members and leading onboarding programs for thousands of new employees. Melissa holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
