Michelle Young

Michelle Young has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michelle currently holds the position of Team Lead, Client Onboarding at RxBenefits, Inc. where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Project Lead, Client Onboarding at the same company from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining RxBenefits, Inc., Michelle worked at Kinder Morgan, Inc. where they held various roles. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Database Administrator, responsible for managing an enterprise-wide compliance database system and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on project strategy and budgeting. Prior to that, they were a Compliance Specialist from 2016 to 2020, overseeing audits and reporting duties. In their role as Audit Measurement Analyst from 2015 to 2016, they successfully identified and rectified a significant revenue loss. Michelle began their career at Kinder Morgan, Inc. as a Measurement Analyst from 2008 to 2015, handling data anomalies, customer issues, and IT updates.

Michelle Young obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Michelle later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. In April 2023, they obtained a certification as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute.
