Stacey Halloran, PMP®, CSM®, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Stacey recently joined RxBenefits, Inc. as a Program Manager in 2023. From 2015 to 2016, Stacey worked at Reebok as a Senior Manager, leading program management for Reebok Customer Service and eCom operations. Stacey also managed eCommerce campaigns and oversaw project management for eCommerce operations.
Earlier in their career, Stacey worked at Monster from 2005 to 2014, holding various roles such as Senior Program/Project Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Senior Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO/Strategic Programs), and Vendor Service Delivery Manager. Stacey also worked at Philips Lifeline from 2000 to 2004, serving as a Customer Service Manager and Call Center Manager. Stacey oversaw the operations of inbound call centers, implemented employee bonus plans, and managed a team of call center employees.
Before Philips Lifeline, Stacey worked at Victoria's Secret as a Call Center Manager from 1997 to 2000.
