Sarah Hughart, SHRM-CP, FPC has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the field of human resources. Sarah is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner for RxBenefits, Inc. since April 2023.

Previously, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the City of Woodstock, Georgia from July 2022 to April 2023.

Prior to that, they had a long tenure at ADP TotalSource Services, Inc., where they held multiple positions. Sarah started as a Payroll Service Representative II in June 2016 and then transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Representative in January 2018. Later, they became a Human Resources Business Partner III in December 2018 and was promoted to the position of Payroll Advisor Team Lead in November 2021. In this role, they supervised a team of Payroll Advisors and played a pivotal role in payroll processing, employee onboarding, and mentoring.

Before joining ADP TotalSource Services, Inc., Sarah worked as a Resident Assistant at Auburn University from August 2013 to May 2014.
