Melissa Calof

Melissa Calof has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2002. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Sales Consultant for LasikPlus, where they administered pre- and post-operative eye drops, among other administrative tasks. From 2009 to 2020, they worked for Northwest Eye as a Train, Develop & EMR Specialist, a System Optimization Support, Training, Development and EHR Specialist, a Training and Development Program Director, and a Pediatric Ophthalmic Assistant. Melissa primarily assisted the Pediatrics Department and the General Department, among other administrative duties. From 2020 to 2021, they were an EMR Software Ophthalmology Educator at Modernizing Medicine. Currently, as of 2021, they hold a role as a Product Operations Manager at RXNT.

Melissa Calof received their Diploma from Wayzata High School in 2000. Melissa attended Normandale Community College for a year from 2000 to 2001. Melissa then went on to earn their CMSS in Ophthalmology from JCHAPO in 2020. Melissa Calof also has a Product Analytics Certification, which they obtained from Pendo.io in March 2023.
