Jon Ong

Jon Ong is a results-driven operations leader with extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at RXO since November 2022, Jon previously held the same title at XPO Logistics, where responsibilities included the deployment of technology to enhance supply chain efficiency. Prior experience encompasses senior roles in procurement and strategic sourcing at Tenneco, The Kraft Heinz Company, and Abbott Laboratories, where Jon managed high-value sourcing projects, negotiated contracts, and implemented cost-saving measures. Jon holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering, respectively, from the University of Michigan and has further developed expertise through roles at several renowned companies, including GE Healthcare and Procter & Gamble.
