Siddhesh Patil

Siddhesh Patil is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software development teams across various companies. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at RXO since November 2022, Siddhesh previously held the same position at XPO for a brief period from April 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, Siddhesh accumulated valuable experience at Nomura between August 2017 and April 2022, serving as a Lead Developer and Senior Developer. At Capgemini, from January 2014 to August 2017, Siddhesh worked as a Consultant. The career began as a Software Developer at IRIS Business Services Ltd from July 2010 to December 2013. Siddhesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2010, and has foundational educational credentials from the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
