Khaled Awad

Khaled Awad has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and release management. Khaled has held various positions in different companies, starting from their role as a Senior Software Developer at Arwa Software Co. in 2006. Khaled then worked as a Student Assistant at Pace University before joining Vertrue Inc. as a Quality Assurance Assistant. Later, they became a Quality Assurance Analyst at Vertrue Inc., where they managed projects and virtual resources. Khaled then joined dLife as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they were responsible for integrating testing efforts and executing full functional and regression testing. Khaled also implemented Zephyr and JIRA for test case management at HealthFleet Inc. (now Zillion) as a Quality Assurance Manager. At Nuvolo, they served as the Director, VP, and SVP of Quality Assurance & Release. Currently, they are working at RxSense as the SVP of Release Management, Compliance & Documentation.

Khaled Awad completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at A. Academy of Sciences and Technology (AAST) from 1996 to 2002. Khaled then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University, Seidenberg School from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn in April 2022. Khaled also has a certification as a "ServiceNow Certified System Administrator" from ServiceNow, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
