Frank Servidio

Frank Servidio has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Frank started their career at CMMS data group as a Professional Services Group Consultant, where they provided operations management consulting, training, and technical support for maintenance software. In 2010, they joined Marsh ClearSight, where they held various roles, including Systems Consultant, Senior Systems Consultant, Lead Systems Consultant, and Vice President - Senior Manager, Systems Consulting. In these roles, they managed client relationships, developed and maintained technical enhancements, and contributed to large projects and internal initiatives. Since 2018, Frank has been working at Ryan Specialty as the Director of Service Operations and Vice President of Technical Support Services. Frank'sresponsibilities include overseeing technical support services and leading service operations.

Frank Servidio obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification in Next Generation Leader | Technology Leadership from the Inspire Leadership Network, received in the year 2023.
