Justin Hansen

Justin Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin started their career at ING as a Regional Director, where they played a crucial role in providing employee benefit solutions to employers. After working at ING for nine years, they became the Owner/General Contractor of Elite Properties and Design, focusing on real estate renovations and investments. In 2009, they joined Humana as a Sales Executive, where they contributed to net revenue growth by establishing and maintaining client relationships. Justin then moved on to Delta Dental of North Carolina, where they served as an Account Executive and was responsible for subscriber growth and client retention in the region. In 2014, they joined Berkley Accident and Health as a Regional Stop Loss Manager, overseeing new business production and profitability in multiple territories. Most recently, Justin held the position of National Sales Director at Crum & Forster, where they led the sales team and played a key role in driving national sales strategies. Justin is currently working at Ryan Specialty as the Vice President of Business Development.

Justin Hansen attended Augsburg University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
