Michael Shaughnessy

Michael Shaughnessy is an experienced network operations professional with a robust background in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Operations Manager at Ryan Specialty Group since March 2011, Michael previously held the position of Senior Network Engineer in the same company. Prior roles include Senior Network Support Analyst at The John Buck Company and Systems Engineer at Grubb and Ellis, where Michael managed the transition of server OS infrastructure and the upgrade of mail systems. Michael's career began with a Help Desk position at FTD. Michael holds an Associate degree in General Studies from the College of DuPage.
