MaryKay and her team serve as brand ambassadors with the primary goal of attracting top tax talent to Ryan while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
With more than 25 years of executive recruiting and leadership experience, MaryKay is responsible for recruiting and hiring at the highest levels, with a focus on tax practice leaders, principals, and directors. Prior to joining Ryan, she led talent acquisition groups for several Fortune 500 companies in financial services, investment banking, technology, and public accounting.
MaryKay is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas* and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), in addition to serving on two boards: The Senior Source and American Cancer Society. She is a fierce advocate for animal rescue and an active alumna of Delta Delta Delta fraternity. MaryKay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.
