Aram-Paul Kagian

Aram-Paul Kagian has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Aram-Paul worked as a Consultant at Investors Group in 2005-2006. From 2004-2006, they were a Revising Agent and later became a Central Poll Supervisor at Elections Canada, where they coordinated polling sites and supervised a team. At TELUS, Aram-Paul held multiple roles including Network Specialist in Service Assurance and Management as an Escalation Advisor. Aram-Paul collaborated with various teams, managed live incidents, and provided technical assistance and support. Currently, they serve as a Team Leader at RYCOM in the Network Operations Centre.

Aram-Paul Kagian has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing from Concordia University. Aram-Paul also has a DEC in Commerce from Dawson College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in February 2016, and ITIL® Foundation CPD from AXELOS.
