Roustam Pallonji, E.I.T. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Roustam started their career as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering - McMaster University, where they conducted research on Molecular Dynamics simulations of Ion Pairing in Electrochemical Fluids of Lithium Ion Batteries. Roustam later joined A-Line Precision Tool Ltd. as a Quality Receiving Inspector, where they were responsible for inspecting incoming goods and ensuring they conformed to standards. Roustam also worked as a Production Planning Engineer, handling customers such as Bombardier and STELIA, and developing work travelers as per AS9100 REV D. Additionally, Roustam worked as a Tool Crib Manager, organizing CNC tooling equipment and establishing an efficient tracking system.

Roustam then transitioned to Morguard, where they held roles such as Guest Service Representative and Building Operator. As a Guest Service Representative, they provided thorough customer service, managed daily transactions, and resolved customer issues. As a Building Operator, they performed daily inspections, ensured building safety and emergency systems were maintained, and assisted with HVAC-related issues.

Currently, Roustam is employed at RYCOM as a Junior Deployment Specialist. Roustam is responsible for ensuring smooth deployments and installations of building systems.

Roustam Pallonji, E.I.T, obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Ontario Tech University. Roustam pursued their studies from 2011 to 2017. In addition, they obtained the certification of Engineer In Training from the Professional Engineers Ontario in June 2022.
