Mike Penrod has a diverse work experience in the field of safety and risk management. Mike started their career in 2004 as a Safety/Quality Control Manager at Rinker Materials Hydro-Conduit Division, where they developed and implemented safety and quality control programs. In 2005, they joined Centimark Corporation as a Gulf-Atlantic Safety Representative, responsible for multiple offices in the region. Since 2007, Mike has been working at Rycon Construction, Inc., where they have held various roles including Corporate Safety Director and Vice President of Risk Management & Labor Operations. In these positions, they have been involved in developing safety programs, managing safety expenditures, and implementing training programs.
Mike Penrod attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Science.
