Neville Nania

Neville Nania is an experienced business leader with a strong background in training, business development, and account management. Since November 2019, Neville has served as the Head of Bids & Education Business Manager and Head of Training at Rydal Group, where responsibilities include delivering training programs for staff and partners, developing training accreditation initiatives, and collaborating with management on training strategies. Prior to this role, Neville held leadership positions at Xtreme Events Ltd, overseeing business development across the UK and globally, and at Rydal Communications Limited, focusing on sales growth and customer retention. Earlier experience includes significant tenure at BT, where contributions included managing corporate accounts and developing training programs, as well as a technical background in telecommunications. Neville holds a BA in Technology, IT, Systems, and Managing in Organisations from The Open University and an ONC and HNC in Telecommunications from Cambridge College of Art and Technology.
