Grant Goodale

Grant Goodale currently serves as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Ryder System, Inc. since April 2025, where responsibilities include driving product and technology development. Previously, Grant co-founded Convoy Inc. in March 2015, serving in various roles including Board Member, CXO, and CTO, and played a key role in expanding the engineering team and securing funding from top-tier venture capital firms until November 2023. Grant's experience also includes a position as Software Development Manager at Amazon, focusing on product discovery, and serving as CEO of Massively Fun, a company dedicated to building multiplayer social games. Additionally, Grant worked as CTO at Zendorse, Inc., aimed at enhancing music listening experiences. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
