Nicole Turner

Nicole Turner is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as VP of Compensation & Benefits at Ryder System, Inc. since May 2017. Prior to this role, Nicole held several key positions at World Fuel Services, culminating in the role of Vice President of Total Rewards, where responsibilities included global compensation programs and HRIS management. Additional experience includes a managerial position at Burger King Corporation and a consultancy role at Towers Perrin, working on Total Reward Projects for Fortune 500 clients. Nicole holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a MALD in International Trade from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
