Mike Weiler

Director of Sales at Rydin

Mike Weiler has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Mike started their career as a Sales Manager at Best Buy, where they were responsible for coaching and managing the Home Theater Department. Mike also played a key role in finding and hiring top talent for the sales team. After working at Best Buy for about a year, Mike joined Rydin Decal as a Sales Manager. In this role, their focus was on understanding clients' needs and helping them achieve their goals through printing solutions. Mike excelled in bringing clients' custom parking permits to life and viewed printing at Rydin Decal as an art form. Mike then transitioned to become a Product Development Manager at Rydin Decal, where they were responsible for the development and planning of new products. Mike successfully launched Rydin PermitExpress in 2011. Currently, Mike holds the position of Director of Sales at Rydin, where they are passionate about developing the team and supporting the company's community of customers on a daily basis.

Mike Weiler received their MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Communication from Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mike also holds several certifications. Mike completed Dale Carnegie's Public Speaking Mastery program in August 2014, Leadership Training for Managers program in May 2014, and Sales Advantage program in April 2014. Furthermore, they obtained Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google in August 2017.
