Rayna Glumac

Rayna Glumac, J.D., M.Ed. is the founder of RYE Collective, which provides advisory services for K-12 EdTech businesses, and has been managing principal consultant with RYE Consulting since 2013, achieving a 91% success rate in RFP and grant applications. With experience as an education advisor at Sandalphon Capital, Rayna also served in various educational roles including instructional design at the University of Illinois at Chicago and senior manager at K12, demonstrating expertise in curriculum development, stakeholder collaboration, and educational technology strategy. Rayna's previous positions span from public education as a first-grade teacher to legal advocacy as a judicial clerk, complemented by a solid educational background including a J.D. from Barry University and a master's in curriculum and instruction from the University of Central Florida.
