David Maksimovich has held various high-level positions in the construction and development industry. David started their career as a Homebuilding Manager at Ryland Homes from November 2008 to December 2010. In 2011, they joined CalAtlantic Homes as the Vice President of Purchasing. Since April 2018, they have been serving as the President of Construction at Birdsong Housing Partners, LLC and the President of Parramore Development and Construction, LLC.
David Maksimovich attended the University of Florida from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Building Construction. There is limited information available about their education beyond this time.
