Vasko B.

Vasko B. has a significant amount of work experience in the IT industry. Vasko started their career at MIKROSAM in 2005 as an IT Engineer. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at MAPAS.MK as a System Analyst and Database Administrator, where they focused on database design, development, and administration. Vasko then became the Head of IT Department at MAPAS.MK from 2012 to 2015, where they supervised information technology for financial institutions and managed IT risks. In 2015, they joined Rystad Energy as a Senior System Developer, specializing in developing data warehouses for the global energy industry. Vasko then progressed to the role of Technology Manager, responsible for agile data warehouse project planning and management, as well as performance optimization. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Rystad Energy, leading cross-team development initiatives and actively exploring emerging technologies to align the organization's technology with industry advancements and best practices.

Vasko B. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Software Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola, from 2004 to 2007. Vasko then pursued a Master of Informatics degree in Software Engineering from the University "Goce Delcev" at Stip, from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Mastering DAX 2nd Edition Video Course Completion, ISO/IEC 27001 Provisional Implementer, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) - Database Administrator 2008.
