Aaron Steinman

Aaron Steinman has over 25 years of work experience in manufacturing and assembly. Aaron started their career at WAGO Corporation in 1995, where they worked in mechanical and electrical assembly. During their time there, they played a key role in setting up and maintaining ISO certifications and participated in company-wide audits to ensure quality standards. In 2000, they joined Rytec Corporation as a Plant Manager. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring staffing levels, attendance, scheduling, vendor deliveries, and inventory levels. Aaron also led a mentoring program aimed at educating children about the benefits of manufacturing.

Aaron Steinman attended Haslett High School from 1985 to 1988. After graduating from high school, they enrolled in Lansing Community College from 1991 to 1992, where they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management, specifically in General. No degree was specified during their time at Lansing Community College.
