Gretta Dondlinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gretta began their career at Men's Wearhouse in 2008, where they worked as a Wardrobe Consultant for over 5 years. In 2014, they transitioned to STS Technical Services, where they held the role of Technical Recruiter, focusing on Engineering and Workforce solutions for various industries. Gretta also worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter onsite at Harley Davidson and the Bradley Corporation through STS Technical Services. In 2017, Gretta joined Interactive Business Systems as an IT Recruiter, assisting clients with their IT requirements. Since 2018, they have been working at Rytec Corporation, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later taking on the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Rytec Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-speed, high-performance doors.

Gretta Dondlinger's education history begins in 1998 when they enrolled at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha to pursue a degree in Pre-Veterinary Studies. Gretta attended the institution until 2001. In 2001, they transferred to Edgewood College, where they continued their studies in Zoology/Animal Biology until 2002. Lastly, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology.
