Brandi Armstrong

Brandi Armstrong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in claims management and insurance operations. Currently serving as TPA Lead and Account Manager at RYZE Claim Solutions since August 2020, Brandi previously held the position of Senior Claims Representative at BrightClaim from October 2004 to February 2020, where responsibilities included adjudicating property claims, conducting investigations, and managing customer relationships. Prior experience also includes a role as Unit Manager at Crawford & Company, overseeing daily claim operations and supervising a staff of over 30 employees. Brandi holds educational credentials from Kennesaw State University and Georgia Southern University.
