William Haseler

Bill has been admitted as a Solicitor since 1992 and has been acting as General Counsel for resource companies since 2002. Bill is highly experienced in all legal matters including litigation, arbitration and any environmental, Native Title or Workplace health and safety matters. Bill brings not only his wide-ranging legal knowledge but also his experience as a Landholder prior to commencement of his legal studies which has assisted him with establishing processes to obtain land access, land purchase, and all necessary consents and agreements. As an experienced mediator, Bill has conducted negotiations with Landholders, Native Title Groups, local authorities, as well as State and Federal Governments.
