Melinda Krug has a diverse work experience. Melinda began their career in 2009 as an ITS Sites Student Technician and Senior Consultant at the University of Michigan. In 2013, they held an Internship at the Ann Arbor District Library and a Cataloging Internship at the University of Michigan Visual Resources Collections. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Professional Services Engineer at Magnetic, where they were responsible for reviewing and improving internal monitoring tools, working closely with client account managers, cultivating internal knowledge, managing client-specific system operations, and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
