Mohammad Saifur Rahman

Mohammad Saifur Rahman is currently working as an Executive-HR at S. F. Denim since September 2021, focusing on talent acquisition by coordinating with hiring managers, determining selection criteria, and sourcing potential candidates through online channels. Prior to this, Mohammad Saifur worked as an Officer-HRD at AMAN GROUP LTD from April 2019 to September 2021, where Mohammad Saifur was responsible for recruitment and selection by coordinating with other Departmental Heads and preparing candidate summaries for interviews. Mohammad holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Independent University, Bangladesh, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Bangladesh Institute of Management.
