Tiffany Lunsford, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tiffany began their career in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources at Skip-a-Long Child Development Services. In this role, they were responsible for managing various HR functions such as benefit administration, FMLA, COBRA, and onboarding/offboarding. Tiffany also oversaw staff recruitment and retention, conducted annual salary reviews, resolved employee grievances, and maintained compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they provided guidance to supervisors and employees on coaching and mentoring, as well as discipline. Tiffany Lunsford joined S.J. Smith Company, Inc. in 2016 and held the position of Director of Human Resources before being promoted to VP of Human Resources in July 2021.
