Archna Dhingra

Archna Dhingra has a diverse work history that spans over 20 years. Archna began their career as a Training Officer at Group 4 Securitas, where they designed training modules, conducted training sessions, and developed scheduling systems. After that, they worked as a Recruiter at BV Links, specializing in talent acquisition for overseas clients. Archna then moved on to Mascon ISC, where they served as a Human Resource Manager, overseeing talent acquisition, compliance, immigration, cultural orientation, and employee benefits for over 300 employees and contractors. Following their time at Mascon ISC, Archna Dhingra joined S.S. White Technologies Inc. as a Human Resource Manager, responsible for all aspects of HR for 250+ employees. Archna then transitioned to Auxo Inc., a staffing and consulting firm, where they worked as a Senior Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruiting and leading a team of recruiters. Archna later joined North American Tea & Coffee Inc. as a Human Resources Manager before returning to S.S. White Technologies as an HR Director. Throughout their career, Archna Dhingra has gained extensive experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, compliance, and employee benefits.

Archna Dhingra has an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University, obtained in 2013. Before that, they completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from LBSIM in Delhi, India. Archna also holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, which they obtained from Hindu College in Delhi, India.
