Erick Arbaiza has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Erick started their career in 2016 at Technology Partners Associates as a Desktop Support Administrator, where they provided level 2 remote and on-site support for various clients. In 2017, they joined Greater New York Insurance Companies as a Helpdesk Support Analyst, where they performed maintenance on user accounts, troubleshooted Exchange servers, and managed onboarding/offboarding processes until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Erick worked at Logicworks as an Information Technology Associate, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting MDM platforms and VMware tasks. Currently, since 2022, they are working at S3 Partners as an Infrastructure Engineer.
Erick Arbaiza holds a Bachelor's degree in Network & Communications Management from Devry College of New York, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network and Systems Administration/Administrator from the same institution, from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Erick has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in February 2022.
