Mark Fowkes

Mark Fowkes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mark is currently the Director at Solutions for Retail Brands (S4RB), a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Program Director at S4RB from January 2012 to November 2018, where they successfully built and led teams to deliver software solutions to well-known brands such as ASDA, Waitrose, M&S, Boots, Walmart, and Coop, contributing to a turnover of £1.5 million. Before joining S4RB, Mark worked as a Technical Business Consultant at S4RB from January 2010 to January 2012. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Union Square Software from June 2007 to March 2010, Senior Implementation Manager at Plumtree Group in 2005, Management Information Systems Manager at Zipher Ltd from 2002 to 2005, and Lead Application Developer at Griffin Internet from 2001 to 2003.

Mark Fowkes attended King Edward VII from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained their GCSEs including Maths, English, and Science. From 1996 to 2000, they attended De Montfort University and earned a BSC degree in IT Science. In July 2018, Mark obtained the certification of Oracle RightNow Cloud Service 2016 Certified Implementation Specialist from the institution of Oracle.
