Chris Foley

Chris Foley has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. In 2023, they worked as the Head of IT and Business Systems at Satellite Applications Catapult. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2023, they worked at WPA - Western Provident Association, starting as a System Support & Project Analyst and progressing to IT Development Manager and eventually IT General Manager. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as a Web Developer at ExeTech Web Design. Before that, from 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Test Analyst at Landmark Information. In 2004, they worked as a Database Analyst at GSK for a brief period.

Chris Foley attended Colyton Grammar School from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained their A Levels. Chris then attended Bournemouth University from 2002 to 2006, majoring in Business Information Systems Management. In addition to their formal education, Chris has obtained various certifications, including the Management of Portfolios (Foundation & Practitioner) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, the Oxford Fintech Programme from The University of Oxford Saïd Business School in 2018, and the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) in 2017. Chris also holds certifications in Leadership in Management, International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS in 2015, Accredited Kanban Practitioner, CII: Foundation Insurance Test, Certified SCRUM Product Owner, and ISEB Foundation in Testing.
