Luke Cowen

Luke Cowen is a Network Portfolio Manager for Asset Investment at SA Power Networks since August 2022, overseeing the network asset investment portfolio and collaborating with various teams to optimize service delivery. Prior to this, Luke held roles as a Regulatory Economist focused on expenditure architecture and regulatory strategy within SA Power Networks, and previously at ActewAGL and Evoenergy ACT, where responsibilities included developing network pricing proposals and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Luke's early career involved roles in internal audit, financial advice, and electrical services, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Economics from Flinders University, a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional, and extensive electrical training.
