Anja Malmborg has extensive experience in the field of HR, holding various managerial positions throughout their career. Anja started their HR career in 2007 at SKF Eurotrade AB, where they worked as an HR Manager, specializing in HR business partnering and HR matters. In 2011, they moved on to AB SKF as an HR Manager for Group Manufacturing Development, responsible for HR work worldwide, with a focus on Swedish labor law and coaching managers. In 2013, Anja joined SKF Group as an HR Manager Business Support, leading a HR Partner team and contributing to HR transformation and delivery model. In 2017, they transitioned to Saab and held multiple roles, including HR Manager and VP positions, encompassing talent acquisition, talent management, and people engagement.
Anja Malmborg holds a Bachelor's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, which they obtained from University West in the years 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their upper secondary school education in Economics at Frölunda Gymnasium from 1993 to 1995. In 2017, they received certification as a Business & Leadership Coach from Schill Coaching. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications including "Certifiering i Styrelsearbete" from Västsvenska Handelskammaren (expected to be obtained in 2023), "High Impact Presentations" from Dale Carnegie (obtained in 2020), and "Insights Discovery Practitioner" from Insights Discovery (obtained in 2018).
