Bjorn Habberstad has worked at Saab since 2006. bjorn started as a Consultant at Saab Aerosystems France and later became a Product Unit Manager for Gripen & UAV products. bjorn then held various director positions in Avionics Systems, including being in charge of the Product Area D&R and Gripen. In 2017, they became the Director Head of Business and Market Development for Avionics Systems. bjorn then served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Head of Product Unit Countermeasures and Aircraft Systems, and since 2023, they have been the Head of Product Unit Avionics.

Bjorn Habberstad has a degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
