Ignacio Torres

Ignacio Torres has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Ignacio currently works as the Head of Human Resources at SaarGummi Group, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HRSBP/Human Resources Director at Matrix Metals from 2021 to 2023.

From 2009 to 2020, Ignacio was the Human Resources Director at Jafra Manufacturing S.A. Ignacio played a key role in driving change management and cultural orientation strategies, resulting in a 60% reduction in turnover and several certifications and awards. In 2003, they became a Managing with Respect International Program Global Instructor through Colgate-Palmolive. In 2005, they received their Train the Trainer certification from Novartis. In 2007, they became a 360° International Coach through Novartis. In 2014, they earned a Leadership Architect 101 Competency Modeling certification from Korn Ferry Advance. Finally, in 2016, Ignacio obtained the Choices Architect certification from Korn Ferry Advance.
