Marelle Pihlak

Marelle Pihlak is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and communications. Since August 2019, Marelle has been serving as HR Manager at Saarioinen. Prior to this role, Marelle worked as HR and Communications Manager at the Estonian Civil Aviation Administration from July 2015 to August 2019, and as HR Advisor at Wolf Group | OÜ Krimelte from August 2014 to June 2015. Marelle's career includes experience as an HR advisor and communication advisor at a government agency from April 2010 to July 2014, and as an HR advisor at Smead Manufacturing from 2006 to 2009. Academically, Marelle holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Andragogy, both from Tallinn University.
