Vanita Jain

Vanita Jain's work experience begins in 2012 as a Summer Intern at Anchor Electrical Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted a study on Industrial Relations. In 2013, they served as a Summer Intern at Micro Inks Ltd. In 2014, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Mount Litera Zee School - India. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Business Strategist at InfoStretch (UK) Limited, collaborating with teams to define project objectives. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Lead - HRBP at Novex Polyfilms Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they worked as an HR Executive at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI), handling various HR functions. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an Assistant Manager-Human Resources at The Dollar Business (Vimbri Media Pvt. Ltd.). Currently, they are the Head of People Operations at Saarthi Pedagogy Pvt Ltd, starting from May 2022.

Vanita Jain completed their high school education at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul in Vapi from 1995 to 2009. Vanita then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at SSR College of Arts, Commerce & Science in Silvassa from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from SSR Institute of Management & Research in Silvassa from 2012 to 2014.
