Erkki Tommila

Erkki Tommila currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Säästöpankkiryhmä since August 2020. Prior to this role, Erkki held various positions at Alko Inc from May 1996 to May 2020, including Vice President of Business Locations, where responsibilities included renewing the service network, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for 2,500 employees. Erkki also served as Secretary of the Board of Directors’ Personnel Committee, managing HR-related topics and materials. Earlier experience includes being the Principal of Soukka Elementary School in Espoo and working as a Personnel Development Consultant at Learning Systems Oy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Tampere University of Technology and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Turku, along with completion of a Property Business Management program from Kiinko.
