Caitlin Ayers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative field. Caitlin is currently working as a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi X. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Creative Director at the same company. Previously, Caitlin worked at gyro as an Associate Creative Director, where they created award-winning campaigns for B2B and consumer brands. Caitlin also worked as a Senior Copywriter at Barefoot Proximity and POSSIBLE, where they developed concepts and crafted copy for digital touchpoints. Caitlin has also worked as a Freelance Copywriter for Caitlin Lloyd, Inc. and as a Copywriter at Backe Digital Brand Marketing. Caitlin started their career as an Editorial Intern at Sunrise Greetings, initially working as a Peer Tutor at Indiana University Campus Writing Program and a Campus Desk Reporter at Indiana Daily Student. Throughout their career, Caitlin has shown expertise in social media, product and campaign naming, pharmaceutical copywriting, and website copy. Caitlin has experience collaborating with various teams and mentoring junior writers.

Caitlin Ayers completed their high school education at Highlands High School from 2001 to 2005. Following their graduation, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at Indiana University Bloomington, starting in 2005 and graduating in 2009.
